Foundation of an agricultural transport company with one truck.

Expansion into national and international transport.
1989
Construction of the first industrial warehouse in Hauts-Sarts.
1999
Development of 100,000 m² of industrial warehouses in Bierset.
2001
Construction of a 33,000 m² industrial warehouse in Milmort.
2005
Acquisition of Supertransport (Carrefour’s transport division).
2008-2009
Sale of the transport division and focus on real estate and logistics; creation of WRT.
2017
Takeover of Audi’s logistics activities in Forest (employing 400 FTE).
2018-2023
Expansion of all divisions, restart of our own transport division, and multimodal activities. WRT: Racing, Manufacturing. WLP: Development of industrial warehouses throughout Europe.
