Our Houdeng site is looking for several TEAM LEADERS.
Logistics experience is required.
Position: Logistics Team Leader – DAY (shifts)
Contract Type: Permanent contract (CDI)
Schedule: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of about 15 employees (forklift operators, order pickers, loaders, etc.)
- Manage daily briefings, schedules, absences, unforeseen situations, and urgent matters
- Supervise logistics flows: order picking, receiving, shipping, and handling exceptions
- Ensure smooth communication between day and night shifts for operational continuity
- Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, safety) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Apply safety, hygiene, and quality standards per ISO, FSSC, and Food Defense norms
- Train new employees, support their integration, and track their development
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience managing logistics teams
- Valid forklift certificate required
- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, order preparation, shipping)
- Strong leadership, natural authority, and ability to motivate in rotating shift systems
- Safety- and hygiene-conscious, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Stress-resistant and able to make independent decisions in unforeseen circumstances
- Proficient in logistics tools (WMS, Excel) with clear administrative follow-up
- Excellent communication skills and ability to pass relevant info to the other shift (day/night)
