Your responsibilities
As a Logistics Employee, you are the essential link between field operations and administration. You manage the administrative handling of logistics flows while facilitating coordination with carriers, drivers and internal teams.
- Enter and process orders in WMS/ERP systems
- Prepare and verify transport documents (CMR, delivery notes, labels)
- Real-time tracking of delivery statuses, welcoming and liaising with drivers
- Support stock management: inventories, checking discrepancies
- Update dashboards and regular reporting (Excel, internal tools)
- Close collaboration with Team Leaders, forklift drivers, order pickers and other departments
Your profile
- Administrative experience in a logistics environment required (minimum 1 year)
- Strong proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Outlook, WMS or logistics ERP)
- Organisational skills, accuracy and autonomy
- Ability to handle multiple flows simultaneously and communicate effectively on the shop floor
- Versatility, reactivity and team spirit
