Schedule: Day or night, depending on the team
Location: Houdeng (La Louvière)
Your responsibilities
We are looking for several motivated and accurate Order Pickers to join our logistics teams in Houdeng. You will be responsible for preparing customer orders according to precise instructions and within the required deadlines.
- Prepare orders using a scanner (WMS), following picking instructions (quantity, reference, priority)
- Ensure order accuracy: condition of goods, labelling, correct product allocation
- Work within tight deadlines, even during peak activity periods
- Wrap pallets manually or with an automatic wrapping machine
- Occasionally support other tasks: quality control, loading, tidying, cleaning
- Work in coordination with reach truck drivers and loaders according to daily planning
- Keep your work area clean, organised and safe
Your profile
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in order picking
- Comfortable using scanners and digital tools (WMS, tablet, etc.)
- Good physical condition (standing work, handling loads)
- Accuracy, speed and strong team spirit
- Flexibility and versatility
- A valid forklift license is an asset
